After a night with no sleeping, I got to
Nazionale hotel early in the morning: no room for you…
I left the baggage and started to hand around in lovely Rome..
First thing was a very big protest next to my hotel where the parliament is… everybody wants TZEDEK HEVRATI…
From Piazza Navona to Campo de’ Fiori where I got some really great ingredients to my morning: nice cherries, small very red tomatoes and of course great olive oil, had my made sandwich on a bench back in Navona…
During the day I had 2 great cappuccino at : Tazza D'Oro & the very famous
Sant'Eustachio Il Caffè Then at the evening Darren and I hanged around and walked too much towards the other side of the river, for a very nice
Paris in Trastevere restaurant, where I invented a new dish, pasta with olive oil, mushrooms and artichokes – which is the famous ingredient of Rome…
La Dolce Vita…
