… In the morning, we had a big saga with the car rental … finally made it, leaving lovely Florence using the approved roads at 11:00…
We stopped in a very nice winery for some snaps and wine shopping, then went to
San Gimignano… I bought lots of painted photos and we moved from there through the beautiful roads to
Cortona, where we had lovely sunset and we lots of pictures …
From there we moved to the best place in this journey –
Montepulciano.
We found the best zimmer ever – lovely place in the mid of the village, thanks to a good tip we got in the gas station…
There we had the best dinner of the journey at
Osteria Del Borgo –with great wine and 2 main truffles (TARTUFFO mushrooms) dishes…
It was the only open one, that freezing night … 200 meters from our lovely guest house
and woke up to take 1000s of photos :-) lovely Italy !!
